FACEBOOK ONLINE OPERATIONS LEADS ANALYST

The objective of the Leads Analyst is to research, identify, and qualify high-potential leads for sales teams globally, in order to increase the volume of leads, improve the quality of leads, and increase the sales team’s ability to concentrate on growing revenue. This position requires strong analytical skills combined with effective communication, global coordination with sales teams, and presentation skills. This position is based out of our Hyderabad, India office.


Responsibilities
  • Research global markets and identify high-potential leads
  • Implement scalable methods of gathering and qualifying leads for global sales teams
  • Analyze reports and identify trends, potential for advertiser growth
  • Find and identify key decision-makers at prospect companies
  • Qualify and prioritize inbound advertising leads
  • Work effectively with multiple teams globally to drive results
  • Present and sell the benefits of Facebook advertising to large audiences
  • Implement strategies to drive revenue from small businesses in the Asia Pacific region
Requirements
  • Graduate degree or higher
  • 1 - 4 years of experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Effectively manage time, reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential
  • Excellent analytic and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Work with large amounts of data
  • Self-starter that will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Work collaboratively with teams
  • Build effective scalable solutions
  • Present well to large audiences
  • Good sense of humor and team player
  • Prior knowledge of salesforce is a plus
